The pills do work great - I lost the weight I wanted - HOWEVER, you must be VERY CAREFUL - you can hurt your body by not eating correctly - I was on pills for 2 weeks and then I stopped, cause I reached my goal of weight lost - then I have started a better eating habits, plus exercise - that is the only way it will work for the of my life - BUT the pills do work - LIMIT the use & learn better habits.
